This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased from Ambientsy (the company)
What does this Limited Warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, Ambientsy will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that are found to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to resolve issues?
Ambientsy will repair the product at no cost, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Ambientsy is two years from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part will assume the remaining warranty period of the original product.
What is not covered by this Limited Warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover issues resulting from conditions, malfunctions, or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, fire, or liquid contact
- Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications to the product; proof of proper installation must be provided
- Damage caused by operating the product outside the Company’s installation instructions
- Defects due to normal wear and tear or the natural ageing of the product
- Damage from incorrect installation by anyone other than a qualified electrician (excluding plug-in devices and bulbs)
Ambientsy reserves the right to refuse warranty service if any of the above conditions have not been met.
What do you need to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the issue and the most appropriate solution. You must notify us by email at returns@ambientsy.com within 10 days of discovering any claimed defect, specifying the nature of the defect. If no conditions voiding the warranty are present, arrangements will be made to return the product for repair or replacement at no cost to the customer.
The Company’s total liability, whether arising from breach of contract or any other cause, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the products. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any loss of use, business interruption, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
